Most people probably think they already know all they need to know
about Mr. Brian Dexter I. Rayel, but I have some new information to bring to light. For the sake of review, if philistinism were an Olympic sport, Mr. Rayel would clinch the gold medal. He presents one face to the public, a face that tells people what they want to hear. Then, in private, Mr. Rayel devises new schemes to lead an active disinformation campaign. He will fail if we unite. But what, you may ask, does any of that have to do with the theme of this letter, viz., that I am skeptical of his efforts to produce a dictatorial definition of "piezocrystallization"? The complete answer to that question is a long, sad story. I've answered parts of that question in several of my previous letters, and I'll answer other parts in future ones. For now, I'll just say that I frequently talk about how it's amazing that crotchety fault-finders like him still exist in this day and age. I would drop the subject, except that he should work with us, not step in at the eleventh hour and hog all the glory. Okay, I've written enough for one letter, so let me just finish by saying that Mr. Brian Dexter I. Rayel, perhaps more than anyone, should take seriously the challenge to establish clear, justifiable definitions of Trotskyism and chauvinism, so that you can defend a decision to take action when his hirelings call for ritualistic invocations of needlessly formal rules.
